Rotating Equipment Foreman

About this opportunity

Supervise and coordinate maintenance, installation, and repair activities for rotating equipment . Lead technicians, fitters, and helpers and allocate daily work activities. Handle equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, and motors . Ensure proper alignment, leveling, coupling, bearing replacement, and mechanical assembly . Read and interpret equipment drawings, manuals, P&IDs, and maintenance procedures. Inspect equipment condition and identify mechanical faults, vibration, leakage, overheating, and abnormal noise. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams during maintenance activities. Ensure correct use of tools, lifting equipment, and measuring instruments . Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the planned schedule. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, LOTO, and site safety requirements . Check the quality of completed work and ensure equipment is ready for testing and commissioning. Prepare daily work reports, manpower records, equipment status, and maintenance reports. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for troubleshooting and major repair activities. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the work site.
