Manage and maintain inventory levels for your assigned station, minimizing waste and ensuring timely stock rotation. Collaborate with the Chef de Partie and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and efficient service. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Possesses a culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institution. Demonstrates experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role. Has a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a passion for culinary excellence. Exhibits excellent knife skills and a proven ability to prepare a wide range of dishes.
