Site Supervisor – Al Ijaada Projects LLC Company: Al Ijaada Projects LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Projects / Operations About Al Ijaada Projects LLC Al Ijaada Projects LLC specializes in the supply and installation of sauna and steam rooms, Jacuzzis, wellness solutions, sports courts, gym flooring, SPC/LVT/vinyl flooring, carpet tiles, painting and wallpaper solutions across the UAE. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage our site teams and ensure that projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily activities of workers and installation teams at project sites. Coordinate manpower and allocate workers according to project requirements. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and company standards . Monitor the installation of sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, flooring, sports flooring and other project works. Check the quality of workmanship and ensure proper installation procedures are followed. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, client, consultant and other contractors when required. Review site requirements and ensure the required materials, tools and manpower are available. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage and damage. Report material shortages, site issues, delays and technical problems to management. Take daily site progress updates and provide regular reports to the Project Manager. Ensure workers follow company safety procedures and site safety requirements. Monitor attendance, productivity and performance of site workers. Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized. Coordinate deliveries and movement of materials at site. Check completed works before handing over to the client/consultant. Assist with snagging and ensure all site observations are rectified on time. Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to avoid delays or clashes. Ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule. Immediately report any issues that may affect cost, quality or project completion date . Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the UAE. Experience in fit-out, construction, flooring, wellness, sauna/steam rooms, sports flooring or similar projects is preferred. Good knowledge of site installation and construction practices. Ability to manage and control a team of workers. Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. UAE driving license is must. Good English communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
