Description * Lead and manage all hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. * Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organisational goals. * Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost control. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards. * Foster collaboration across departments to enhance patient care and outcomes. * Monitor and improve hospital performance metrics and quality indicators. * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including staff and external partners. * Lead initiatives for staff development and retention within the hospital.
