Advise on workshop layout, machinery selection, installation, and commissioning. Plan and supervise CNC laser cutting, press-brake bending, welding, grinding, and industrial painting. Review technical drawings, BOQs, BOMs, cutting lists, and fabrication methods. Prepare production schedules and ensure quality and on-time delivery. Estimate material, manpower, production time, and fabrication costs. Recruit, train, and manage workshop supervisors, operators, and welders. Coordinate purchasing, maintenance, suppliers, and subcontractors. Implement QA/QC, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety procedures. Report production performance, costs, and operational requirements directly to the owner.
