Position Title: Female Lifeguard Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 2,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus housing and transportation Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that embodies a perfect blend of heritage, modern luxury, and exceptional service. Job Description: • Continuously monitor pool and beach areas, enforce safety rules, assess weather/sea conditions, and identify potential hazards to ensure guest safety. • Respond immediately to emergencies, performing water rescue, First Aid and CPR and coordinating with relevant hotel departments when required. • Conduct routine inspections of pool/beach areas and lifesaving and safety equipment, reporting hazards, defects, or maintenance requirements. • Provide professional guest assistance while maintaining high hospitality standards, and complete required incident, inspection and safety records accurately. • Valid Lifeguard Certification is mandatory. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel, resort, or beach environment. • Strong swimming and water-rescue capability with good physical fitness and alertness. • Good English communication and guest-service skills, with the ability to respond calmly and quickly during emergencies
