Job Description We are hiring experienced Hostess for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities . Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating . Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently . Escort guests to tables and provide menus . Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow . Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area . Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies when necessary . Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely . Support restaurant operations during busy service periods . Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards . Coordinate with floor staff and management for VIP guests and special requests . Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure 🔹 Benefits: ✔ Salary : 135 - 600 KD ( Based on Experience ) ✔ Accommodation & Transportation Provided Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum height of 165 cm, a fit appearance and consistently professional grooming Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English 2-3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and coordination skills Basic knowledge of reservation systems and customer handling
