Inspect and monitor cranes, diesel generators, heavy/light equipment, and other construction machinery . Maintain accurate equipment records, service schedules, and maintenance logs. Coordinate the deployment of machinery and equipment as per site requirements. Ensure adequate numbers, sizes, and capacities of equipment are available for various activities. Monitor equipment condition and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance. Coordinate electrical power requirements, including diesel generators, for site activities. Liaise with site teams, workshop, and plant departments to ensure efficient equipment utilization. Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and statutory requirements. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in plant maintenance and engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable. Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
