Handle UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company setup processes. Advise clients on appropriate business structures, legal entities, jurisdictions, and business activities based on their requirements. Assist clients in selecting suitable company structures, including ownership and licensing options. Handle trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations. Coordinate documentation and applications with relevant government authorities and Free Zone authorities. Guide clients regarding business activities, legal structures, licensing requirements, and company formation procedures. Handle visa, immigration, establishment card, and other related business setup processes. Maintain client records and ensure timely completion of applications. Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in business setup and company formation. Strong knowledge of UAE business structuring, legal entities, company ownership structures, Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions. Knowledge of UAE government portals, licensing, and documentation processes. Strong communication, advisory, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple client applications and meet deadlines.
