Quantity Surveying & Estimation Review architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for toilet cubicles and kitchen cabinets. Prepare detailed material take-offs for HPL, Compact HPL, MDF, plywood, hardware, accessories, fittings, etc. Prepare BOQs and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications. Calculate material quantities, wastage, hardware, accessories. Obtain and compare supplier quotations for materials and hardware. Prepare project quotations and costing sheets. Check quantities against approved drawings and site requirements. Monitor material consumption against estimated quantities. AutoCAD Drafting Prepare detailed AutoCAD shop drawings and production drawings . Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and fixing details for: Toilet cubicles Kitchen cabinets Vanity units Lockers Prepare drawings based on architectural and consultant requirements. Incorporate consultant/client comments and prepare revised drawings. Prepare fabrication drawings with accurate dimensions and material specifications. Ensure all drawings are suitable for production and installation. Maintain proper drawing revision and document control. The candidate should have knowledge of: MDF / Plywood / HPL Melamine and laminate finishes Base cabinets and wall cabinets Tall units and storage units Countertops and worktops Hinges, drawer runners and cabinet hardware Soft-close systems Kitchen accessories and fittings Sink units and appliance openings Cabinet carcass and shutter details Edge banding and finishing requirements
