BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator Location: UAE – Dubai / Abu Dhabi Experience: 4–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator to support the planning, development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities across construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud , clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary BIM workflows. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, consultants, and project management teams to ensure accurate and coordinated BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain accurate BIM models for construction and engineering projects. Create and update detailed models using Autodesk Revit . Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve design conflicts. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage or equivalent tools. Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with project requirements. Prepare BIM models, drawings, schedules, documentation, and project deliverables. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, contractors, and project managers. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve technical/model-related issues. Manage model revisions and ensure BIM data is updated according to project changes. Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) . Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, modelling standards, and information requirements. Coordinate model exchange and document management through Common Data Environments (CDE) . Support quantity take-offs and construction planning using BIM models where required. Assist project teams during design development, construction, and handover stages. Maintain proper model version control and ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables. Required Skills & Experience 4–8 years of experience in BIM, construction, architecture, structural engineering, or MEP projects . Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit . Good working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection. Proficiency in AutoCAD . Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models. Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and project coordination processes. Experience working with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or other Common Data Environments. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Good understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle. Strong communication and coordination skills.
