Quality Assurance reports to the Project Quality Manager and verifies implementation of the quality program across one or more functions in engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. This role ensures compliance with project and ISO 9001 requirements, supports the development of quality management system tools and metrics for monitoring quality performance, coordinates audits and inspections, manages corrective actions, and provides guidance to project teams on quality matters and improvement. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and ISO standards. Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and quality plans. Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge of how to identify key performance quality matrices, proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action systems. Proficiency in providing direction and on the job training to assigned personnel. Proficiency in oral and written communications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management and presentation skills. Proven skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI (High Level Performance). Ability to work collaboratively under the direction of the Quality Manager and lead quality activities effectively. Experience with developing training materials, conducting training especially in soft skills, quality audits/ surveillances. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering). ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved) – required. Additional certifications in Quality (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) – preferred. Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, including minimum 8 years in a supervisory role in quality. Experience in QA/QC activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Previous experience with National Grid (NG) and Saudi Electricity Co (SEC) specifications and projects.
