To be successful in this role, you must have the following: 2nd level education. 3 years sales experience in Supervisory role in van sales environment preferably FMCG business. Competencies such as; Numerate & analytical. Communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate. Ability to build and lead teams. Ability to plan and organize activities. Ability to solve problems and take decisions.
