Technical Lifting Lead

About this opportunity

Provide technical guidance on lifting operations, standards and safety practices . Manage lifting assurance and compliance across major projects. Review lifting procedures, plans and technical requirements. Perform lifting/rigging risk assessments and technical evaluations . Support selection and qualification of lifting contractors/subcontractors . Promote lifting safety leadership and best practices . Participate in HiPo lifting incident investigations and corrective actions. Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors and project teams on lifting matters. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science . Minimum 8 years’ Oil & Gas experience in large construction/major projects. Minimum 1 year supervisory/lead/oversight experience . Strong lifting & rigging calculation skills, preferably to DNV standards. Knowledge of API, ASME, BS, DNV, ISO and LOLER standards. Experience in onshore/offshore lifting operations . Strong technical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills. Excellent written and spoken English .
