BIM Modeller – Mechanical Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical systems in Data Center projects using Revit MEP. Prepare detailed HVAC, chilled water, piping and equipment layouts based on approved design drawings. Model CRAH/CRAC units, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, ducting and piping systems. Coordinate mechanical models with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Fire & Life Safety and other disciplines. Perform clash detection and coordination and support resolution of BIM-related issues. Prepare shop drawings, sections, details, schedules and BIM deliverables as required. Incorporate design revisions and site inputs into BIM models and maintain model accuracy. Support site and execution teams with BIM-based technical information and coordination. Prepare detailed layouts and models for HT/LT systems, transformers, DGs, UPS, panels, busducts, cable trays and electrical services. Model electrical equipment, containment, cable trays and associated services as per approved design. Coordinate electrical models with Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Fire & Life Safety and other disciplines. Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination and support resolution of BIM issues. Prepare shop drawings, sections, details, schedules and BIM deliverables for project execution. Incorporate design revisions and site inputs and ensure model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Support execution teams with BIM-based coordination and technical information. BIM Modeller – Mechanical Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MEP or related discipline. 3–7 years of relevant BIM modelling experience, preferably in Data Centers or large-scale MEP projects. Strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Good knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, ducting, piping and mechanical equipment. Experience in Navisworks, clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Ability to interpret mechanical design drawings, specifications and shop drawings. Knowledge of BIM standards, modelling practices and LOD requirements. Data Center/mission-critical project experience will be an advantage. BIM Modeller – Electrical Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design or related discipline. 3–7 years of relevant BIM modelling experience, preferably in Data Centers or large-scale MEP projects. Strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Good knowledge of HT/LT distribution, DG, UPS, transformers, panels, busducts, cable trays and electrical containment. Experience in Navisworks, clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Ability to interpret electrical SLDs, layouts, specifications and shop drawings. Knowledge of BIM standards, modelling practices and LOD requirements. Data Center/mission-critical project experience will be an advantage.
