Craft unique juice blends by experimenting with seasonal fruits and vegetables, ensuring each batch meets quality and taste standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juicing area, equipment, and tools to promote a safe working environment. Monitor inventory levels of fresh produce and supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages and maintain freshness. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, offering tasting samples, and recommending juice options based on their preferences. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food safety or nutrition is a plus. Minimum of 2 years experience in a food preparation or beverage industry, preferably in a juice bar or café setting. Knowledge of various juicing techniques and equipment, including cold-press and centrifugal methods, is essential. Strong understanding of nutritional benefits of fruits and vegetables to assist in creating health-focused juice options.
