GREEN BUILDING is an innovative PropTech company developing AI-powered solutions for the built environment, real estate, energy efficiency and asset performance. We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Project / Operations Assistant to support the founders and management team in the development and daily operations of the company. Main Responsibilities Support management with day-to-day operations and project coordination Follow up on tasks, deadlines, meetings and documentation Assist with business development and partner communications Prepare presentations, reports and administrative documents Coordinate with external partners, clients, consultants and service providers Conduct market and competitor research Support applications to accelerators, investors and strategic partners Assist with CRM, databases and internal organization Support marketing and communication activities when required Profile Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory French is a strong advantage Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with technology, AI tools and digital platforms Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Professional, proactive and able to work independently Interest in PropTech, real estate, sustainability, technology or startups Previous UAE experience is an advantage Additional Qualifications Appreciated MBA, PMP, LEED AP, engineering, architecture, real estate, business management or project management background would be considered an advantage.
