Electro Mechanical Technician - Beverage Industry

Maintain and repair complex electromechanical systems in beverage production lines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics. Perform preventative maintenance on critical machinery like fillers, cappers, labelers, and conveyors according to strict schedules. Calibrate and adjust equipment to meet precise product specifications and quality standards. Possess an Associate's Degree in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Hold relevant certifications such as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or specific equipment certifications. Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an electromechanical maintenance role within the beverage or food processing industry. Exhibit strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) basics, motor controls, and VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
