Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop architectural designs and drawings for real estate projects. Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications. Read and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Coordinate with engineering, design, consultant, and contractor teams to ensure proper integration of project works. Review architectural materials, finishes, and specifications in line with project requirements. Monitor architectural works on site and ensure execution complies with approved drawings and specifications. Review shop drawings and as-built drawings. Identify technical issues and coordinate the implementation of appropriate design solutions. Follow up on project progress and prepare reports related to architectural works. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and engineering standards. Contribute to improving design quality, project efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
