About this opportunity

• Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations for construction sites. • Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements. • Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials. • Maintain material tracking (in/out records) and update site teams daily. • Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers. • Manage manpower movement and site access. • Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation. • Plan and control the movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders. • Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours, and report daily to site management. • Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines. • Prepare and maintain logistics reports for management. • Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in GCC • Strong background in building construction (not other industries). • Knowledge of construction site logistics, material handling, and equipment coordination. • Familiarity with HSE guidelines and site safety requirements.
