Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements Prepare job cards, repair estimates and service recommendations Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team for timely completion of jobs Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs and additional requirements Explain technical issues and repair recommendations clearly to customers Follow up with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Identify additional service and maintenance requirements where appropriate Support workshop productivity, service quality and customer retention Requirements: Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, preferably in the UAE Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair processes Experience dealing with multi-brand vehicles will be preferred Strong customer service, communication and sales skills Good communication skills in English Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory Previous Bosch Car Service experience or familiarity with Bosch workshop standards will be an added
