We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery. Key Responsibilities Receive customers and understand their vehicle concerns. Prepare repair estimates and explain required services. Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor repair progress. Communicate with customers regarding repair updates and approvals. Prepare job cards, invoices, and service documentation. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships. Promote additional services when required. Requirements Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prepare estimates and explain technical issues to customers. Experience with European, German, or luxury vehicles is an advantage.
