Key Responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of ELV projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, testing, commissioning, and handover. Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, material requirements, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Supervise and coordinate all ELV systems. Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective action for any delays. Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and management reports. Coordinate material procurement and ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements. Monitor manpower productivity and allocate technicians, engineers, and supervisors effectively. Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and final handover of ELV systems. Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants regarding technical and commercial matters. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ELV project management. Strong experience in managing ELV systems and site installations. Previous experience in Qatar/GCC projects will be an advantage. Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract requirements. Knowledge of relevant ELV standards, codes, and authority requirement.
