Lead end-to-end discovery workshops , capability assessment, and target-state architecture definition. Strong experience in enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, APIs, integrations, and transformation roadmaps . Ability to drive Build vs Buy evaluations, vendor assessments, and technology selection . Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to present recommendations to leadership. Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead strategic transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills: Experience working on large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs. Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to engage with business and technology stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
