Greet guests upon arrival, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas throughout the meal service. Ensure efficient handling of cash transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) system. Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth dining experience for all customers. 1-6 years of experience as a waiter or steward in a hotel or restaurant setting. (Freshers can also apply) Considering both Male & Female applicants Strong knowledge of beverage menu items, including preparation methods and presentation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests from diverse backgrounds.
