Responsibilities include attracting clients and enhancing sales opportunities while delivering comprehensive solutions for restaurant and cafe setups, in coordination with technical and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: · Attracting and developing clients from restaurant chains and cafes and food and beverage partnerships. · Building direct relationships with brand owners, investors, and project managers for expansion. · Identifying client needs and potential new franchise openings and converting them into sales opportunities. · Providing comprehensive solutions for restaurant and cafe setups and commercial units. · Preparing commercial proposals and pricing offers and negotiating with clients to close deals. · Coordinating with engineering and technical teams to prepare solutions and proposals that meet project requirements. · Monitoring opportunities and projects from initial contact to finalization and contracting. · Developing a client database and opening new opportunities with brands and restaurant chains.
