Clearance Coordinator

About this opportunity

Prepare, verify, and submit customs clearance documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and required permits. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and UAE customs authorities to facilitate smooth shipment clearance. Follow up on shipments and resolve documentation discrepancies or customs queries promptly. Track shipment ETAs and coordinate clearance activities to minimize delays, demurrage, and storage charges. Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding the timing and receipt of cleared shipments. Maintain accurate customs and clearance records. Ensure compliance with UAE customs and import/export requirements. Monitor and report clearance status, delays, and potential issues to the Logistics Manager. Support the Logistics team with other customs and clearance-related activities as required.
