Oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timely financial reporting. Manage project-specific accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling expenses with project budgets. Develop and maintain accurate project cost tracking systems, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers to forecast project expenditures and manage cash flow effectively. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in project accounting and procurement, preferably within the construction or engineering industry. advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and vendor management principles.
