Collaborate with plumbing and construction teams to ensure timely and effective repairs based on detected leaks. Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and repairs for future reference and compliance purposes. Educate clients on leak prevention strategies and the importance of regular maintenance to avoid costly repairs. Stay updated on the latest leak detection technologies and methods to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Perform routine maintenance on detection equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability during inspections. Respond promptly to emergency leak detection calls, minimizing potential damage and disruption for clients. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for insurance claims and client billing, ensuring transparency and trust. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to continuously improve technical skills and industry knowledge. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training in plumbing or HVAC preferred. Relevant certifications in leak detection or plumbing, such as the Certified Plumbing Technician (CPT). Familiarity with advanced leak detection technologies, including acoustic and infrared tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and diagnose issues accurately. Excellent communication skills to explain findings and recommendations clearly to clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset, especially in multicultural environments. Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
