MEP ENGINEER (FACILITIES MAINTENANCE FOR SWIMMING POOL AND LANDSCAPE)

About this opportunity

Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all swimming pool mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring optimal water quality and safety. Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules for pool filtration, heating, chemical treatment, and circulation equipment to minimize downtime. Diagnose and repair complex MEP issues within the pool environment, including pump failures, heater malfunctions, and electrical control system faults. Conduct regular inspections of landscape irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water usage and proper coverage for all planted areas. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong focus on swimming pool and landscape MEP systems. Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant trade certifications (e.g., Certified Pool Operator - CPO, HVAC certifications). Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of MEP equipment specific to aquatic facilities and outdoor environments.
