Inventory Operations Manager - Manufacturing domain (Arabic Speaking)

About this opportunity

Manage day-to-day inventory operations across warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Ensure accurate receipt, storage, transfer, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods. Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity through effective inventory control processes. Lead annual physical inventory counts, cycle counting programs, stock audits, and reconciliation activities. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, obsolete, and non-moving stock. Ensure accurate ERP inventory transactions and inventory reporting. Establish inventory policies, SOPs, governance, and compliance controls. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams. Lead and develop the Inventory Team while driving continuous process improvement and warehouse efficiency initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field. 10-15+ years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment. Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses or production locations. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc. Hands-on experience in physical inventory, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
