Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, referrals, and professional networks. Screen CVs and assess candidates based on experience, qualifications, availability, location, notice period, and salary expectations. Prepare professional candidate profiles and shortlists for client submission. Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database. Communicate with candidates and manage follow-ups throughout the sourcing process. Proactively identify suitable candidates for current and future manpower requirements. Support client recruitment requirements and candidate submissions. Assist with recruitment documentation and coordination. 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, manpower supply, or talent acquisition. Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms. Good knowledge of CV screening, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate profiling. Ability to work independently and identify suitable candidates proactively. Strong written and spoken English. Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Engineering, Construction, or technical recruitment is preferred. GCC recruitment experience will be an advantage. Candidates currently based in Qatar or with GCC recruitment exposure are preferred.
