Oversee field inspection, enforcement, and operational supervision across taxi, luxury transport, tourist transport, rental vehicles, and event operations. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations,safety, and quality standards through systematic inspections, violation documentation, andcoordination with partners. Enhance inspector performance, data accuracy, and enforcement processes to support safe, efficient, and compliant passenger transport operations across Dubai. Roles and Responsibilities: Recommend practical improvements to inspector performance based on periodic reports and field insights. Support enhancement of enforcement processes by analyzing field outcomes and identifying improvement areas. Coordinate with police stations on joint campaigns and participate in meetings to determine offender arrest mechanisms. Practice field control of franchise company vehicles through periodic inspections and prepare reports on taxi rank observations for corrective actions. Conduct field visits to luxury transport companies to assess operations and ensure compliance with issued instructions and circulars. Monitor passenger smuggling phenomena at outlets, free zones, and event venues, documenting and controlling violations per regulations. Inspect tourist transport vehicles to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and legislation. Continuously follow up with franchise taxi companies to verify adherence to issued instructions and circulars, issuing violations as applicable. Monitor passenger transport activities, non-emergency medical transport, taxis, and luxury vehicles, providing support at outlets and free zones. Conduct field inspections of hourly rental vehicle activities in accordance with approved laws and circulars. Coordinate with internal and external authorities regarding lost and found items in taxis and luxury transport at outlets and event venues. Coordinate distribution plans for taxis and luxury vehicles at event outlets and ensure availability to meet operational needs. Supervise operational activities of buses, taxis, and limousines during events, coordinating with authorities to ensure smooth service. Monitor and inspect taxi advertisements and issue violations for non-compliance. Ensure all violation photos and evidence (time/GPS tags) are properly registered in the smart inspection system (sTafteesh). Ensure inspectors directly enter violations and inspection outcomes into sTafteesh and verify data quality through periodic audits. Conduct random and planned field inspections across Dubai, outlets, and event locations, recording violations and fines in sTafteesh. Ensure inspector compliance with uniforms, driving licenses, HSE guidelines, and Information Security requirements during field duties. Coordinate with police stations when work-related issues arise. Conduct random and planned field visits to follow up on inspectors’ presence and performance. Distribute inspectors among areas as per work schedules and ensure punctual attendance. Support event operations by validating fleet distribution plans and providing on-site supervision. Perform any duties assigned by line management. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports illustrating inspector performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Ensure inspections follow approved methodologies in sTafteesh and support improvements to inspection processes through field feedback. Field-intensive role requiring regular presence at transport hubs, outlets, free zones, event venues, and roadside locations; frequent outdoor work in varying weather; exposure to operational environments and traffic conditions. Job Qualifications & Requirements: High School/ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree (3+ years in case of Diploma, 6+ years post high school experience) in related area
