We are recruiting for a Cost Controller with the following details : Terms & Condition: Location : Dubai, UAE Scheme: Residential, Single Planned Start Date : To be confirm Duration : 12 months Job Purpose The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and reporting project costs to ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget. The role supports management with accurate cost information, forecasts, and variance analysis. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in cost control, project controls, or project finance, preferably within construction, EPC, infrastructure, or railway projects. Strong knowledge of project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel. Knowledge of project management and cost-control tools is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
