The ideal candidate will represent the company professionally in KSA, develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and arrange and attend business meetings with prospective customers. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement business development strategies focused on business growth and revenue generation. • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the KSA market. • Arrange and attend meetings with prospective and existing clients. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. • Represent the company professionally and increase brand awareness in the market. • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions. • Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. • Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals. • Support negotiations and the overall sales/business development process. • Travel within KSA by car or plane for client meetings and official business activities. • Visit the Dubai office from time to time as required. Requirements: Requirements & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field is preferred. • Candidates with another relevant engineering or technical background may also be considered. • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role is preferred. • Technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical products and solutions. • Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business environment. • Presentable, professional, and confident personality. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to build rapport with clients and develop long-term business relationships. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within KSA. • Valid Saudi driving licence and own car are required. • Ability to travel to Dubai when required. Salary: SAR 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Fuel expenses reimbursed for official business visits.
