Senior HCM Portfolio Lead / Manager - TechnologyAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Contract | 12+ years of experiencePrimary platform: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCMOverviewOwn the strategy, delivery and operational performance of an enterprise HCM technology portfolio. As the principal technology partner to People & Organisation (P&O), you will translate workforce priorities into a practical roadmap and reliable services, from shaping demand through to adoption and measurable business value after go-live.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain the annual HCM technology roadmap, with clear priorities, dependencies, investment needs and expected outcomesPartner with senior P&O leaders and HR process owners on process design, standard platform capabilities and justified changesLead programmes, projects, enhancements, integrations and releases across the employee lifecycleOversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption and transition into supportGovern architecture, integrations, data quality, reporting, security, access controls and complianceOwn live service health, including critical HR and payroll activities, service levels, incidents, recurring problems and release readinessLead cross-functional teams and implementation partners; manage capacity, dependencies and budgetsReport clearly on progress, risks, service health, spend and realised benefits, and drive continuous improvementRequired experience12+ years of experience, with substantial leadership of an enterprise HCM technology portfolio or large-scale HCM transformation in a complex, multi-entity organisationStrong HCM business-process knowledge and confidence discussing policy, controls and user impact with senior P&O leadersDeep enterprise HCM or ERP experience covering solution governance, integrations, data, security, testing, releases and live operationsProven ownership spanning both new delivery and ongoing service performanceExperience managing cross-functional teams, partners, budgets and senior stakeholder expectationsStrong judgement, executive communication and the ability to turn ambiguous needs into a practical roadmapNice to haveHands-on leadership with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or another leading ERPExperience across payroll, time and absence, talent, recruitment, learning, analytics and HCMintegrationsExperience in healthcare or another large, regulated, operationally complex environmentWhy applyThis role offers end-to-end ownership of the HCM technology portfolio and close partnership with senior P&O leadership.
