Capstone Contracting , one of the UAE's leading contracting companies, is looking for an experienced bulldozer operator to join our project sites across the UAE. Requirements: Minimum [3-5] years of proven experience operating bulldozers on construction or infrastructure projects Valid UAE heavy equipment license (preferred), or ability to pass a practical test Skilled in operating heavy equipment (grading, leveling, pushing and spreading materials, land clearing) Able to read site instructions and work to levels and markings Knowledge of routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Willing to work at different project sites Who can apply: Candidates currently in the UAE who are looking for work Candidates with a valid, transferable UAE residence visa What we offer: Monthly salary: AED 4,500 Free accommodation provided by the company Free transportation to and from the construction site Medical insurance and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law Employment visa for selected candidates
