Job Vacancy: Excavator Operator (Indian OR Filipino) Nationality Capstone Contracting , one of the UAE's leading contracting companies, is looking for an experienced excavator operator to join our project sites across the UAE. Requirements: Indian OR Filipino nationality Minimum [3–5] years of proven experience operating excavators on construction or infrastructure projects Valid UAE heavy equipment/excavator driving license (preferred), or ability to pass a practical test Skilled in operating and handling heavy equipment (excavation, trenching, loading, leveling) Able to read site instructions and work to levels and markings Knowledge of routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Willing to work at different project sites Who can apply: Candidates currently in the UAE on a visit visa who are looking for work Candidates with a valid, transferable UAE residence visa What we offer: Monthly salary: AED 3,500 Free accommodation provided by the company Free transportation to and from the construction site Medical insurance and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law Employment visa for selected candidates Minimum [3–5] years of proven experience operating excavators on construction or infrastructure projects Valid UAE heavy equipment/excavator driving license (preferred), or ability to pass a practical test Skilled in operating and handling heavy equipment (excavation, trenching, loading, leveling) Able to read site instructions and work to levels and markings Knowledge of routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Willing to work at different project sites
