Develop and implement project control procedures to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, facilitating successful project execution. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling tools, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on critical timelines. Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to identify deviations from the project plan, enabling proactive corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast project costs, ensuring financial transparency and accountability. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. 20+ years of experience in project control roles within the construction or engineering industry, showcasing a deep understanding of project dynamics. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) are highly desirable. Demonstrated experience with project management software and tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, indicating technical proficiency.
