Oversee the safe and efficient erection of structural steel, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations. Direct and manage the steel erection crew, providing clear instructions, task assignments, and performance feedback. Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols, including fall protection and equipment operation. Interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and erection plans to accurately guide the installation process. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or a related field is a plus. Hold relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction, Ironworker certifications, or crane operator licenses. Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in structural steel erection. Proven track record of successfully supervising steel erection projects of varying complexity.
