Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Greet and interact with showroom visitors to understand their needs and interests. Recommend vehicles that align with customer requirements. Build and maintain lasting relationships for future business and referrals. Provide top-notch after-sale service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Sales Transactions : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct test drives, showcasing vehicle features and benefits. Negotiate sale prices and trade-in values effectively. Financial and Paperwork Assistance : Assist customers with financing options and complete necessary paperwork. Ensure all financial transactions comply with company and bank policies. Collect customer documents for auto loans and coordinate with bank agents, ensuring timely loan approvals. Learn and Share Vehicle Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of various car brands and models. Educate customers about vehicle features and benefits. Accompany customers on test drives, demonstrating car functionalities. Sales Documentation & Administration : Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales transactions. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve organizational goals. Manage sales documentation and reports. Team Coordination for Export Sales : Handle export documentation and procedures for international vehicle sales. Coordinate with customers or shipping companies for necessary documents (e.g., exit certificate, export bill of entry, bill of lading). Update the accounts department on the status and completion of export-related documentation.
