This principal role involves managing high-profile client relationships, overseeing large-scale projects, and driving process optimization across various business functions. The Principal ERP Consultant also provides thought leadership and mentors junior consultants, contributing to the growth of the consulting practice.A Typical Day In The Life IncludesManage complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and project goalsCollaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand business requirements and design strategic ERP solutionsOversee ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization to meet client-specific needsDevelop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and quality standardsAdvise clients on ERP best practices and strategies to enhance system performance and optimize business processesManage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and project successMentor junior consultants, providing guidance on complex project tasks and career developmentBasic QualificationsExperience leading ERP implementation projects and managing large-scale client engagementsERP systems and business processes experience across areas such as finance, HR, or supply chainExperience collaborating with senior leadership and clients to develop and implement strategic ERP solutionsExperience with system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting technical challengesExperience in business process optimization and providing strategic ERP advisory servicesFlexible to work in shiftsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutionsExperience with advanced integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, EDI)Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or WaterfallCertifications in ERP systems or project managementIndustry-specific ERP implementation and best practices experienceAbout InforInfor is where ambition meets impact.
