About this opportunity

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products. Explain products, pricing, offers, payment options, and store policies clearly. Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Handle billing and cashier duties accurately. Operate the store POS system and process cash, card, and other approved payment methods. Issue receipts and ensure all sales transactions are recorded correctly. Maintain proper cash handling and report any discrepancies immediately. Assist with product display, merchandising, stock arrangement, and general store presentation. Keep the sales counter, cashier area, and customer areas clean and organized. Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance. Support stock checking and inventory-related activities when required. Follow all company procedures relating to sales, cash handling, customer service, security, and store operations. Work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. 0–1 year of experience in retail, sales, customer service, cashiering, or a similar position. Previous experience handling a cash register or POS system is required . Good spoken English and the ability to communicate confidently with customers. Friendly personality with good interpersonal and selling skills. Well-groomed, presentable, and committed to maintaining proper personal hygiene. Honest, responsible, punctual, and disciplined. Willing to learn about jewellery products and improve sales skills. Comfortable standing and working on the retail floor for extended periods. Must be comfortable working long retail shifts of approximately 12 hours , subject to the company's working schedule and applicable labour requirements. One weekly day off , according to the company roster. Must be comfortable working late retail timings . Candidates currently living near Al Rigga / Deira or willing to relocate closer to the workplace are preferred. Candidates who can conveniently manage late-night transportation are particularly suitable for the role.
