Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal compliance. Streamline HR operational processes through analysis and automation, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, optimize functionality, and support reporting needs. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, process improvement, or HRIS management. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI PHR/SPHR is highly desirable. Proven experience with HRIS implementation, administration, and data analytics.
