Experience with plant-related IT systems such as PIMS, Honeywell PHD, Baker Hughes, AMS , etc. Minimum 3 years of Microsoft DOT NET development experience Strong hands-on experience in C# and ASP DOT NET Database experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle Strong Business Analysis + IT systems background Candidates with Oil & Gas / Industrial / Plant environment experience are preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is essential. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are highly desirable. Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology will provide a competitive edge.
