Reporting to the SVP, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for establishing and scaling a marketplace business from inception, shaping strategy, operations, and commercial performance. You will build and lead a new team, drive marketplace growth, expand cross-border trade capabilities, and develop strategic partnerships across multiple international markets. Description * Define and execute the long-term marketplace strategy, building a scalable business from inception to maturity. * Lead the launch, growth, and optimization of a best-in-class marketplace platform across multiple product categories. * Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketplace team, establishing structure, processes, and operating models. * Drive seller acquisition, onboarding, and engagement strategies to create a diverse and competitive merchant ecosystem. * Develop cross-border e-commerce capabilities and expand partnerships across GCC, APAC, Turkey, Europe, and other key markets. * Own commercial performance, including GMV, revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, seller growth, and operational KPIs. * Partner closely with technology, merchandising, logistics, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams to deliver seamless execution. * Identify new growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's marketplace leadership position.
