Act as Permit to Work (PTW) Holder ensuring full compliance with HSE and operational procedures Supervise offshore worksite activities and coordinate daily operations Ensure safe execution of maintenance, modification, and construction works Interface with operations, safety, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency Monitor workforce performance under demanding offshore conditions Ensure strict adherence to company and client safety standards With the freelance visa Available immediately Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Fluent in English and can immediately join Proven experience as PTW Holder / Worksite Supervisor Strong understanding of PTW systems, risk assessment, and safety compliance Ability to work effectively under heavy workload and high-pressure environments Offshore certification and safety training preferred (T-BOSIET or equivalent) Excellent coordination, and communication skills Fluent in English Chinese language proficiency will be considered an advantage Physically fit for offshore rotational assignments
