About the job FUTURE STATE ARCHITECTURE TEAM BUILD Duncan & Ross is hiring for a Financial Services Future State Architecture Programme with a leading bank in Qatar. 8-week initial contract , with a view to extend into the delivery phase Fully on-site in Qatar Only immediate joiners will be considered You'll join a senior advisory team assessing the bank's current technology estate, finding the gaps, identifying quick wins and building a three-horizon roadmap towards a composable, narrow-core future state, ending with a Board/ExCo presentation. Enterprise Architect Lead the end-to-end architecture assessment across all workstreams and own the integrated roadmap. 12+ yrs in architecture, 5+ in banking EA | TOGAF preferred Core Banking Architect Assess the legacy core and shape the narrow-core strategy and migration approach. 12+ yrs in banking tech, 5+ in core modernisation | Finastra Equation a strong plus Banking Product Engine Architect Define how product, pricing, fees and rules move out of the core into external platforms. 10+ yrs, 4+ in product, pricing or rules platforms Digital & Cloud Architect Assess digital channels, open banking, hybrid cloud, APIs, DevSecOps and resilience. 10+ yrs, 4+ on banking digital and cloud platforms | Cloud certification preferred Data & AI Architect Assess data platforms, governance, lineage, AI readiness and MLOps. 10+ yrs, 4+ in data architecture or data and AI advisory Vertical: Technology
