About this opportunity

. Job Purpose To support, configure, and maintain middleware platforms and integration services that enable reliable communication between enterprise applications. Ensuring stable middleware operations through installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, security compliance, and documentation, while delivering effective integration solutions across IT environments. Key Accountability Areas Middleware Installation, Configuration & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain middleware software solutions. Install, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft integration platforms (e.g., BizTalk Server, Azure Integration Services, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid) and .NET applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and availability. Perform regular updates and patches to middleware software. Integration Design & Implementation: Design, build, and configure middleware integration solutions across multiple platforms and environments. Ensure seamless integration and communication between different applications. Support integration with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Integration platforms, SharePoint, Azure API Management and .NET applications. System Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Security, Compliance & Resiliency: Implement security measures to protect middleware environments. Ensure middleware services meet enterprise standards for security, resiliency, and compliance. Implement and manage automated deployment, failover, and backup strategies for middleware services. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation including topology diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvement: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt.
