Heat Treatment Technician Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Role NMDC Group is seeking experienced Heat Treatment Technicians to support fabrication and construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring heat treatment activities, including Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Key Responsibilities • Perform Heat Treatment and PWHT activities for piping and structural weld joints in accordance with approved procedures. • Install thermocouples, heating elements, and insulation materials for heat treatment operations. • Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces, local PWHT machines, and induction heating equipment. • Record temperature profiles, heating cycles, and heat treatment data to maintain proper documentation and traceability. • Prepare heat treatment reports and related quality records. • Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and basic maintenance activities. • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards. • Support supervisors and team members in achieving project schedules and operational objectives. • Minimum 4 years of experience in Heat Treatment Furnace and Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) operations.
